Whats with the idea of killen every one after the final flags been taken
you've already won so whats so good/great about killing some one who can't
fire/stab/poke/nade and any thing else back

I'm not keen on it either mate, especially if you're one of the few on your team that is actually trying to take flags instead of camping for kills and then you get butchered for your efforts if you happen to be on the losing team.

Some servers disable it though.

I've never checked but do you actually get credited for the kill? I thought it was just free kills that weren't recorded ...

Some servers score the kills and I like to cap the flags and yes I get kill alot
but thats all part of it. Sorry for the incorrect placement thanks CannonFodder
