Default [HL] Will original Half-Life run on Win-XP??

Some older games don't... just curious about this one.

Hey Ned, yep it sure will..

If you have trouble, Start > My Computer > right click on the CD and select run under Win 98..

Default easy way

Since I'm STILL waiting for HL2, I went out and bought the Half Life Platinum edition and installed the three single player games (It also comes with two MP games.) It ran under WIN XP without me doing anything. However, for some other DOS games (like Alice) I had to right click on the icon and go into Advanced and set it to play under an older operating system. XP does this very well!! I was happy to see that the original Half Life was still a lot of fun. Have you guys seen the 7 or 8 movies for Half Life 2? They are AWESOME!!!
