Which video card model & video RAM do you have? Eg: NVidia 7800GTX 256mb
Do you actually have a PhysX card? If not, it shouldn't affect you.
Include other spec's, which may be low.

well lets start this out like this guess i should have posted all this info the first time but here goes

cpu......Intel Celeron 2.9ghz
ram .....1 gig
video ...Nvidia GeForce FX5200 256ram
everything has the latest drivers and is up to date
and this is where im not sure what is what as far as the PhysX card i was under the assumption that the PhysX what a program that worked with your video card ...... anything eles that ya need to know about the system just ask i would love to get this game going since at the moment all its doing is sitting on my desk collecting dust

Well, there you go, your 5200 graphics card is not supported by the game.
Absolute minimum for this graphics intensive game is a GeForce 6200, which I doubt would even cut it.

(Even my spare old 5900, which is better than a 6200 didn't work. I've got a 7800 now)

Check the readme file:
C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter\Support\Manual\ReadmeENG.txt, which shows:

Quote:
Graphics Cards Supported:
Radeon 9600
Radeon 9700
Radeon 9800
Radeon X300
Radeon X600
Radeon X800
Radeon X1600
Radeon X1800
Radeon X1900

GeForce 6200 <<--- absolute minimum
GeForce 6600
GeForce 6800
GeForce 7800
