(just to add further fuel to the fire for getting my hopes up :P) the developer site has been down for rebuilding for a couple of weeks now, maybe getting ready for an ETQW demo release? (or more likely a rebuild of the forums which have been unchanged in close to 4 years :/) (off topic, but sorta related - when/if the forums for splashdamage come back up, anyone who is interested in mapping should check out their mapping sections... heaps of info there along with useful stickies and "how to's" and "problems solved" etc, mainly for radiant but also for more generic mapping and mod questions)
