Pfft... that sounds vaguely like logic.

I don't trust it. What with all them fancy words and such.

Mind you the Freelancer looked pretty wicked in the recent videos. So I think you will be happy with it.

Nothing more romantic than journeying through infinity together.

Once rev 2 of the hanger is released and you can visit other people's hangers. Inspect MMOGAddict's complete collection of ships you will have your best shot at a new ship .

Soooo... umm...

I couldn't decide between a Freelancer and a Connie....
And due to a rather fortuitous circumstance at work were it was discovered I was owed backpay, I decided to get both!!

But, that's not the funny part.
I thought I would get them on the quiet, so I could gift one to DeeVa (her choice). So I bought the two ships in preparation to get melted for LTI after she had gone to bed.

Happy with my supreme level of sneakiness, I PMed Bloodwrych and asked if he would mind melting them for me, got a reply, all good.

Happy days, off to bed......

So, at 530am DeeVa gets a TXT from the bank saying that our Credit Card was suspended due to "Suspicious Activity" so she gets up and calls the bank fraud squad at 540am to find out whats going on, panicking like crazy thinking our savings have been hacked ......

The call centre guy tells her the suspicious purchase is from "Cloud Imperium".
DeeVa doesn't see the connection, So after 10 - 15mins of security questions and internet banking checks, it hits her.....
"Grax has been buying stuff on Star Citizen!"

Grax was happily sleeping at this point....
...was...
She wakes me up: "Been doing some shopping honey?"
Me: "Umm, yeah... SUPRISE!!"

At that point we both burst into laughter.

Could have been much worse for me I suppose.... rofl

Oh BTW, thanks again Blood for all your help in the co-conspiracy

Yeah so, I don't think that quite went down as planned honey, "romantic" fraud flag and long discussion with call centre... not exactly on the Top 10 list of things I'd like from my man..... and that moment when I realised who Cloud Imperium were as the website came up... swiftly wrapped up phone call.

On the bright side, it wasn't the other kind of "adult toy shop".... now that would have been embarrassing ROFL.
