Currently playing GTA Vice City, GTA3 was probably one of the best SP games for years and Vice City is certainly equally awesome.

It has all the 80's music in it, yes actual hits from Roxy Music, Yes, Foreigner, Toto etc. And Crockett's Theme from miami vice.
It certainly is all set in the Miami Vice era.

The humour on the radio stations is hilarious and you just keep cruising around to listen to these stations, same as in GTA3.

If you want to have a unique atmospheric SP game, you certainly should give Vice City a go!

I enjoyed playing GTA3. Guess I'll have to get myself a copy of GTA3:VC and give it a go too.

U'll love it!

In GTA3, I uploaded a lot of MP3's into it as well and then just drove through the city doing the craziest students, Its one of those games that stays on my disk.

If you like this genre, you MUST also play Mafia! Similar but set in the Al Capone era, briliant game as well!

in somesense, i find mafia even better.... but then again, i've always been a mafia boy myself since Godfather made it to the silver screen!

only thing i hated about mafia was the damn police.... i shoot them everytime tho.

I've been playing this game for 3 days straight to the detriment of my BF ranking!

Jeesh it's a fun and addictive game. I've only done a few missions, most of the other times I'm trying to do trick stunts, sniping at people... lots of gory gruesome fun.

If you like this genre get Mafia as well!

It's similar but it probably is more atmospheric! Certainly one not to be missed!

They are the type of games that have an atmosphere to them that you start living and breathing throughout the day.

When playing GTA I felt like pinching cars and beating up ppl with baseball bats when walking the streets.

When playing Mafia I chatted to my girlfriend in mafiosi style all the time a la Joe Pesci, she thought I was going nuts

But if you sorta take the game with you in your head when you turn of the PC it means it's good!
