2) From memory (it was several months ago) quickly drinking some pots eg Blizzard & concentrating on the hound first. Took me a few reloads to get it to work. |

I used potions and actually concentrated on running around the whole area in circles to give myself some room to manourvre (and not get surrounded), before turning around and taking out one of the smaller "dogs", then I repeated that until I had the big guy on his own.......he wasn't so tough then! ![]() Good Luck! |

I got this game couple of days ago and let me just say...freakin' awesome game! I just put in 45 straight hours with this game and the only reason I stopped playing is cause I had to get at least 4 hours of sleep for work
![]() I also picked up Elder Scroll:Oblivion and I did not find it as fun as Witcher but I am having a blust with it still.

Just an update as not seen this elsewhere here but a release date for Enhanced version has been announced. Starting September 16 (or 19), Your Life Will be Improved, Elevated, Augmented,Enriched Enhanced
I am actually tempted to buy another Collector Edition even though the download will be available for free to existing owners of the game. Read somewhere update would be in order of 2Gb in size. |

Me too, I bought the game just as they announced the enhanced edition was coming so I've been holding off from installing it, I can't wait to get stuck into it.

If you don't want to go the Aard route (which is definitely the easiest way to go) to kill The Beast your other option is to keep the dogs off the healer as your first priority, she will heal both herself and you making the battle much easier as a result.
