I was really impressed with DoW when it came out, so will be great to see how they improve on it!!

The thing I like about DOW and its addons is the fact its more strategic than C&C etc, capturing and holding points, the squad caps etc its not a simple build and zerg rush.

Agreed - C&C is pretty much antiquated and has nothing to do with real strategy in a lot of ways. Just not that interesting in this day and age. After DoW and CoH came out, the bar was set really high for RTSs and a lot of the older ones (or RTSs from smaller or more unknown devs) just haven't cut the mustard anymore.
