Just wondering if anyone plays this or have you quit it long ago...?

I realize it has no staying power so maybe everyone played it for the 2 weeks and put it away already...

I just upgraded my Pentium 400 to something that actually resembles a game machine. I'm getting more than the 10 fps on the PII-400!

I personally love AA. I play it a fair bit! It has even improved my BF gameplay since AA is so real and makes you play more tactically.

BF and AA are my 2 major games.

Haven't been able to convice any other players in TOG to play it.

It truly does require more tactics. I've watched teams that don't team up get slaughtered again and again.

What servers do you play on and what is your name? Maybe I can find you one day...

I play on the GameArena ones, they are pretty much the only ones in Australia.

The game is not as popular here as it should be although it has it's regular players. If it would have been a commercial game it would be more popular I believe.

I played this game before I got hooked on bf1942 and really enjoyed it. My favorite map was insurgent camp and when it was superseded by newer maps and became hard to find on local servers I slowly drifted over to bf1942.

GA recently added a 2nd server and they are pretty full mostly. The 1.6 patch has added some more features, maps and upgraded the GFX engine.

how do you connect to the server - after training I assume?

Let me know when you are playing next.

I just finished my training, did ranger obviously, I like to jump.

But need more prac as to who to shoot. It's not that easy to spot them. I assumed that if I targetted them, and thier name came up at the bottom of the screen they were friendly. Otherwise I shot - one shot, one kill.
