Anyone been playing the "RTS Medieval: Total War"

Reviews were pretty good....

I bought this in October. It has 2 components; a strategy game which can also involve personally taking command of your troops whenever a battle occurs if you wish, and a tactical battles game where you only take command of the troops for a single conflict . I enjoyed the strategic thinking in the single player game but found that in the multi player (online) game you only got to fight the battles, the strategic game was SP only. That said the battles were very appealing visually even though I sucked!

I stopped playing this game when my wife moved in and we both started playing Age of Mythology together

All in all a worthwhile purchase if you enjoy single player strategy or large 3d online battles where you are the commander.
