Ooooooh yeh! That was a massive appointment. Good thing I managed to snag one of the WoW CE's to make up for it though.
I've got one ordered with Gamespot AND the local EB. If the local one is not up to scratch, then they can keep it. If it is, then I know I have someone who'll take the Gamespot one off my hands.

I grabbed myself a preorder from gamespot on Saturday and have all my nice little codes already.
As an interesting note regarding the codes. The 3 codes are all individual and not tied together in anyway. (headstart, open beta, ingame items).
What this means, is those of us in closed beta are already included in open beta obviously. The CE code for open beta can therefore be given away... 
(and no, mine isn't available, it is already promised to someone )

Update - When in doubt COMPLAIN! I got my codes by chasing customer service. 
Who sent you the email with the codes? I have a CE ordered in AU with gamespot and one with Amazon in the sates, no emails received...

Gamespot. It took about a week for the codes to come through though.

I ordered the CE over the weekend from Gamestop. I got the codes immediatly, they were in the same email as my sale/pre-order confirmation.

I will definitly try the game out when its released. The fact they pushed release back to polish it more gives me hope that they are more focused on releasing a quality product then some other games.
Pre ordered it at gamestop...and even with the express international post it still works out over $20 cheaper then what the local gamestore is asking for it.

Pre-ordered 1 CE. Been waiting for another Mythic product to play since DAoC was my favorite MMO.
