My sons been wanting an xbox 360 to play Halo on. We just got a wii some while back, but his friends play Halo 3, which isnt on the Wii. I have been trying to tell him to just wait for WAR, cause I know when it comes out, he wont care about a 360, or Halo. So I dont see why we should waste the money.
Trying to explain anything to a 15 year old is funny though.

If you still need to order
COnsidering all the troupble Aussies had getting Age of Conan locally I thought I'd let you know Amazon.com will ship War CE to Australia now. It took me 3 weeks to get it cleared but the door is open now.

Seems I won't have to worry about that.. about 3 hours after I put my order in, they rang me back and said the preorder boxes had arrived 
Slightly off topic though.. does anyone else think it's ludicrous how over packaged the preorder codes were? A full DVD size, shrink wrapped box for one sheet of cardboard...

Both my wife and I have preordered the CE a while back. As another note, to those who were looking for their CE codes from various places, I picked mine up in store here in the US at Gamestop. I did run across mention of how some had gotten codes from Amazon after preordering on ( Ten Ton Hammer | Taking You to the Next Level! - Massively Multiplayer Online Game Info) in their forums. If you are having an issue with them you may want to check in onit yourself, but I can't confirm it since as stated I got mine locally. They do however have some nice screenshots and other conversations there about the game if you have time to kill.

Gamestop reportedly contacted their pre-order CE editions to tell them they were not certain of getting enough stock. Unfortunately I hadn't switched my email over with them yet, as it stands my order still shows as it was, and I did get emailed a code (which reminds me, I should really enter it - whoops).
Just a thought for anybody considering placing an order for CE with them. I found that even with the massive freight cost, it was still cheaper than the local EB games.
