All my codes were in the same confirmation email, including the one for allakhazam.
Each section starts with Dear Valued Customer, then a bit of text describing what the code is for, then the code. It then repeats with the next section for the next code. I have 4 codes in the one email.

This hopefully shouldn't be too much of a concern. They have stated that there will be a grace period between the head-start and the time you need to enter your full code. How long that grace period will be is unknown.
To play in the head start will more then likely require a download of the client before the retail release.
Of course, since the open beta client will already be on your computer, it should just a matter of patching up with the final updates and playing.

Well, I almost picked up 2 CE's today on pre-order from Best Buy.
It mentions that it has an open beta key, but by my guess this has not started yet? I will pre-order, but I'd like to get a chance to play the game once I do, and if the game is still in closed beta, I know I wont be able to play then.
Any input on when open beta will start?

That's right, the open beta hasn't yet started.
From something I was reading the other day, looks like we might be able to keep our accounts active after it goes live, with a grace period of like a month to get our actual CD key's in place.
Didn't mention if we'd keep our toons/levels etc.
