Please meet: The Engineer

Explosives, gadgets, and alchemy are the tools of the trade for the Engineer in NCsoft’s upcoming MMORPG Guild Wars 2.

Like the Elementalist, the Engineer uses only a single weapon set at a time—a set that can be enhanced with special kits to create a formidable arsenal, including bombs, mines, turret guns, and flamethrowers. See the Engineer in action below:

The Engineer

“Engineers use their tools, mechanical knowledge and a dose of alchemy to provide offensive strength and defensive support to their teammates,” developer ArenaNet said in a statement. “With a touch of steampunk flair, the Engineer profession brings the mechanics of battle to Guild Wars 2.”
