I had a bit of nostalgia fever last night and started playing Cannon Fodder and theme song came on and I found myself singing along to it,

What was your best theme song in a game?

    Tetris

Tetris music is as classic, I seem to remember that it even had a remix in the UK charts...

Amiga, ahh was so much fun. I tried so hard to keep my original squad, but most the time a piece of hut would fly off and kill someone.

That jazzy music from SimCity 3000 still makes me tap my feet.
And I recently bought No rest for the wicked by Cage the Elephant and No Heaven by Champion on I-tunes because of Borderlands.

I'm going to 2nd the Tetris music. There's something about 8bit music that just feels more video gamey than the full sound tracks of today. Sometimes scientific developments aren't always better IMO. All those old school games from Mario Bros. to something as random and Ducktails. 8bit rules!

Sonic the Hedgehog chemical zone, nice early 90's 8-bit techno music.
