I like the idea of being able to shake the screen of the people around where the bullets are landing, this will help when pinning snipers, they won't be able to return fire quite as easily. And you are an easy target for snipers if you are laying down firing suppressive fire

I would say the multikills from one rocket are no more...:(, good for vehicle drivers and passengers though.

I cant remember were I read it, but aparently the kit setup is going to be similar to Battlefield 2142. Eg. the assault will also be the medic etc.

So they have made the classes the way they should have done in bfbc2 then. Hopefully no more Rambo medics.

They have announced that BF3 will have 3 times as much DLC as Bad Company 2. And the Back to Karkand expansion, whilst being free if you pre-order, those people that wont pre-order will have to pay a rumoured $10.

And I dont know if this has been posted before, but here's a single player campaign ad:

I cant wait to how well the suppression tactic works.

If you get a good sqaud, this will be a great feature. Imagine just putting round after round down range!

Suppression interests me as well and would seem a very effective way to deal with prone lone snipers while in a squad. I'd be up for some sniper hunting. :D

Very nice details only thing is i just wished he would stop comparing to BFBC2 as not relevant as this is the sequel to BF2 ... The expectations from most of the BF community is they don't want it to be anything like BFBC2 , just hearing the comparisons not good we don't want another console game ... Maybe he was too young to remember BF2 :)

Of all the changes they have made, that's probably the one that fills me with the most excitement. I love the way Brink does it (though, due to the lack of K/D, I'll always just revive as there are other ways to re-kit up) in that a medic will throw you a vial and it's up to you whether you live or die.

BC2 often annoyed me with Medics who seemed to just be points padding. If I was out and about and not near an assault and low on ammo, it was getting to the point where I would try and distance myself from a medic and make a Ramboesque assault on an enemy position with my last remaining clip. I was pleading for a 'don't revive' action.

Hope the delay is long enough to prevent the dophin-diving, and the opt out is a good move as well.

So are are apples and oranges they are both fruit but different ..... it is the gameplay hence why it needs to be compared to its predecessor BF2.... BFBC2 predecessor was a console game

Finally, some decent MP action instead of a 45 second clip. Looks ace, just wish they'd do a capture from one of the guys. Couldn't see any of the suppression effects and no-one went prone.

Like the look of the map, too. Prefer mainly infantry combat.
