Hello Toggers, here are some pics of my cocktail cabinet 95% complete. I still need to get some glass for the top and redo the t-moulding around the top as it did not follow the tight turns of the wood correctly. I saw a picture of a cabinet from the net and redrew the plans. The pcb is a "Just another pandora's box 2" which I found out later is not for cocktail cabinets so atm the unit is only a single player cabinet.

Wtf is a 400-in-1 for MAME unit? A Mame box with only 400 games on it?

Although i must admit 400 would more than suffice if i could pick the games.

Nah its a jamma harness setup like the original arcade games. I can put a new pcb in it without any major wiring changes and away i go. I will see if I can find a better description for you butters as I am not doing a good job of explaining it.

What is the PCB though, a multi-machine setup of some kind?

    Awesome

That is frickin' awesome....[I'm turning all U. S. of A]

That's a great finish on the cabinet, excellent work. One of the pictures make it look like a hand held...lol..
There's not that much in the large case really. Advancement of electronics I guess......

I'd love to do something like this......[Time, Time...etc]

I would like to know how you do this as a project? and still kick our bottoms at BF4.

    great work Cartech

    Where's the alcohol?

Nice work cartech. At first I thought you were restoring a vintage tabletop machine with a new cabinet so I was surprised at minimal circuitry in the final photo.
