    dibs on Rebecca

Love the spiked bat. What's the Catana? Oar + Chainsaw? Coz that's another brilliant weapon. Just wish I could find a weapon durability magazine. Electrified Wheelchair is a blast as well :D

My GFWL name is TOGChief, no idea how to add friends or hook up for co-op though.

And yeah, I forgot to take a leak, then the game crashed when I alt+tabbed to chat to someone :(

lols ok purchasing now - I'm on windows live and it is actually very easy to hook up for other games like DIRT2, hopefully this should be just as easy:

    GFWL ID: Genghoidal

    add away!

Oh so the easiest way to add a friend is just hit HOME when the game is running and that brings up GFWL, click friends, add friend, type name - bang. Added

Then you should be able to start a game and invite the other player from your friends.

ahh yeah, i had a play with one after the crystal/amber fight. Pretty good for a non-combinable weapon. Still prefer my wolverine gloves though :D

It all seems pretty hilarious, am I right? If multiplayer is good I might get it. Is it maximum 2 player co-op?

yeah 2 man coop which worked fine for me last night - well it was OK.

I was just playing single player and it goes 'Gousard wants to join your game' and I'm like ok....

3 options - Let him join, dont let him join or change game to private

So I let him join and it loads for a bit and then he is there in my game which is cool.

So I kind of keep going on my missions and sometimes he gets left behind just killing zombies and I need to go through a door yet he is too far away. That's a little annoying

Plus he stole the motorbike when we got to it and then he lost it somewhere and left the game... Still would be cool with a TOG

So how are you guys playing it? I've seen mixed reviews which seem very much based around the reviewer's expectation of the game. Those treating it as a massive sandbox game getting a bit bored after a time, while those playing it focussing on the missions and levelling seeming to be happier with it?

Yes quite unsure of the longevity of the game at this early stage.... but it is certainly a hoot on the first playthrough

It's a laugh guys, very well done in my books. I tell ya what some of the phsyco bosses are hard to kill. Chuck Green is a pretty cool dude. I keep making the mistake of forgeting to take a leak so ive wasted a fair bit of time redoing parts where i should have saved. I'm 19 hours in and around level 18. The longer i play the more im enjoying it.

I'm only level 4 so I can't really give a great comment apart from I'm enjoying it as a casual side game for now

I finished the main story around level 35. Was a blast. Game doesn't end once you've finished the main story stuff either, though I think it depends on whether or not you save a certain character. You get a whole bunch of new missions to do which I haven't really started on yet, looking forward to seeing where it leads though.

I'm keen on someone joining my multiplayer session but they have to jump on teamspeak and catch up when my missions are running out of time! And fine with the odd Terror is reality bit here and there.

It would be good to run through the entire game with a companion. Is that possible? Will both players level up or just the game host?

In co-op both players level but only the hosts missions progress. When you go back to singleplayer you keep your levels and whatever items you had on you.
