Well how can I start this. First let me say that I'm a 29 year old gamer. Been doing this since as long as I can remember. My first system that my parents let me actually have was the Atari 2600... but of course my Mom took control of it most of the time, she was obsessed with Pac-Man. Through the years, I've had many Atari/PC/Nintendo/Sega/Sony products. All which I have enjoyed.

I'm all grown up now, with 2 wonderful daughters and a loving wife. Right now, I have a PC/Gamecube/Xbox. But spend most my time either playing BF1942/DC or Diablo II. That is until I get my hands on Doom 3, that has been ordered but I won't be getting it for a couple more weeks. The reason for this is because I'm in the US Military right now, serving in Germany. Having to work around an APO address is a real pain. But thats ok, as long as I know that Doom 3 is coming, I'll make it through the day.

I'm also waiting for Madden 2005 to come out, going to pick it up for my Xbox and try that whole Xbox live thing. Already have NCAA Football 2005, but when it comes to football gaming, Madden rules my world.

Thats all there is too me. I'm not much into Clans, don't really have the time for it. But I do enjoy getting my buddies together around here and having a little LAN party. I'm glad that I found you guys through PC Gamer, seems like a really good site.

Oh... before I forget, I read that FAQ & AUP and I'm cool with it. I have my kids to cause trouble so you won't get any out of me. To much energy.

LOL heya bro welcome. Nice intro ;)

Thanks for the continued service, and I hear Germany is a great place...never been there myself (yet). Lots of vets here, and some active duty types too so you won't feel left out...cept I think squids and jarheads outnumber everyone else atm

One of the admin weenies will be alon in a bit to give you access to everything! They are in aussiland and really quite old for the most part so it takes them some time to get to the forums in the mornings  (they love it when I say stuff like that)

    Welcome mate.

BTW: When I was a kiddie we (the family) lived in an RAF camp in Gutterslo (sp?), where abouts are you?

As of right now, I'm right out side of Frankfurt... I can be there within 10 mins once I hit the Autoban. My base is in a small no name place, but a cool little fact about it is that both Elvis and Axel Rose where Stationed here at Ray Barracks, Friedburg Germany.

Heres a scary thought - Axel Rose as a Drill Sargeant. Urghhhh. How deaf would you be after that march.
