Guys playing on PC please at me Pearcey83, as club22 was already being used
there seams to be a ton of people in the TOG crew ... but I have a feeling all of them are console players ... and as far as I know ... the PC players can't play with the console players...
Is there a crew just for the PC people?
thats a good point - we should probably create a separate TOG PC crew
I've noticed when doing some jobs in GTA Online, there are mice icons (as in mouse + keyboard) and gamepad icons next to the player's rank.
Wondering if those gamepad players are from the consoles or are they using a gamepad to play?
Looking for a crew for GTA PC add me comqld
i love the game but the flight controls make me rage more than anything, going to have to buy a game pad at this rate...
I hear its alot fricking easier
Started playing the story, but get random hard-lock-up's which is quite annoying.
It's quite stupid, that you have to be registered for more than 1 month to be able to put-up a question on their side.
I agree, Lava
I have an XBox 360 wired controller pluged into a usb port. When I was doing the mission with Trevor and Wade (?) where the guy hangs on to your wing, I kept crashing when using keyboard + mouse. When I woke up and realized I had the controller, I grabbed it and...boy, it was much easier. The controls swap back and forth fairly easily and the game even updates it's tips for which one you're using at the moment.
Kudos to R* for that. Now, if they could address some of the GTAOnline issues.
have you done the flying school missions? The 360 controller definitely helps although its a bit awkward with having to use the rudders a lot (which is a bit overdone I think).
guys/gals, there's a request to add a GTA subforum here:
maybe its worth posting your support for it (I'm assuming thats how it works). Would be good to have a separate forum for GTA V.
Just means they using a control pad Bonkman - you'll see one next to my name when i'm on and I only play on PC.
Dunno that we really need a PC crews; are there any negative effects of having console and PC players lumped into one?
I suddenly realised i DO have a gamepad... then realised i have NFI where it is...
Don't think so...as long as there's a subforum for PC - just easier to find other PC folk I guess.
We need a PC sub-forum for planning get together nights and heists but there's no issue with the Crew having members from all 5 platforms. That's only on the social club website. Ingame you can send out crew invites and all members online on your platform receive it.
Keen to go some Win for Win on races with somebody too if anyone's keen to unlock upgrades for a car without the headache...
I think I need to start playing GTA Online. Just spent my lunch time laughing my head off watching GTA V online vids on YT esp the car racing with weapons!
It is cool; but there's alot of staring at a birds eye view of the city also... much time for smoke breaks
Hi all. Just checking in here. I was browsing crews earlier on Social Club and saw TOG had one (I joined it already).
I'm Lothion on R*SC.
Looking forward to a GTAV division on the forums.
I'm pretty sure my R* social is "Stabbitha", will check it later, is there an easy way to search for the TOG group? I'm kinda sick and tired of dealing with random window lickers (as opposed to window lickers I know and love ; )
Sweet. Looks like we'll be getting our GTA forum!
I might be checking out GTA Online tonight or this weekend at the latest. So much fun to be had! Have also been adding all you folks to my friends list so hopefully we can join up online.
One thing I've noticed, it seems Online is run on "shards" they call sessions. Sometimes, I'll pop into a session and have 15+ other people in-game with me. Then, the next minute, I get the notifications that "so-and-so person left"...all 15+ of them...leaving me alone in the session. But, I still get job/mission/setup/heist/friend/crew notifications.
Sometimes, I'll just join a new session or jump into another player's mission in an attempt to "rejoin" the masses.
Joining another crew member or friend's session helps, too.
