Hi all, I've been playing CoD online for a little while now, I use The all Seeing Eye to find servers/games and saw the server that had rifles only, thought this might give me a lil bit more of a chance and not get killed as often (what a mistake thinking that was heh) and when looking at the server details I saw the web address for theoldergamers.com, thought I'd come take a look. As for me, I'm 34 from Gladstone QLD Australia....how to verify my age?....hmmm....I was 7 when I went to the cinema for the very first time to see none other than StarWars on it's very first run :) sitting in the hesian sack seats at the Gladstone cinema (that was only just closed a few years ago) , I remember the Brisbane floods in '74 when we lived at Loganlea just after coming to Aust from England. I was in school when Adam & the Ants released AntMusic and promptly bought the LP (yes vinyl) much to the disgust of my parents (surely nobody who younger than 25 would remember{or admit LOL} that)..oh what shame :)

p.s. I admit that I suck big time at mutliplayer shooters online.....but hey.....

    Hey wedgey,

Came to Oz myself on the boat in 1970 but ended up in Adelaide.
The movies in the open sound great, its a pity these icons are disappearing.

Anyway m8 welcome, hope you enjoy your stay at TOG :D

Nice China? fffhhhhttttttt...the sound of that going over top of my head:) I do play BF'42 on occasion, but wait till you see me in CoD, if you think I suck at that, I'm 10 times as bad in BF42 lol. But really, I havent been playing long and am getting better (sort of). I bought bf42 a while ago before i got CoD and have only just got myself a stick of 512, was relying on 256 before that and well....it didnt handle it real well so it sat idle for ages. And even though I got a semi fast 256 connection through bigpond, I know that I have shot someone and they don't die (half a clip), time to upgrade next month to 512 I thinks.

ps, BF42 putting hairs on my chest when I lose? I'll look like a fricking ewok after one round LOL

A long time ago in a chat room far, far away...........yeah it used to be :) , but I stopped chatting for a while and when i got back into it a while ago I changed it a lil and tagged a y on it. Wadge is my real last name so I used to get Wedgey amongst various other things..from time to time. And yes I am a self confessed Star Wars nut :)
Touchwood: Yeah ok, I'll send a pm sometime, where do you usually drink? How much longer you got left up here before you go back to Hoth...sorry I mean Stanthorpe :p
