    Hello all!

Andy here, or Strat, if you want to go by my handle. I cut my teeth gaming on the NES when I was 5 and never looked back!

I find myself in desperate need of more mature gaming friends. Gamers who don't subscribe to the frat-bro culture and the toxic atmosphere that goes along with it. I don't necessarily have an issue with people acting that way because I subscribe to the belief that people can do what they want, but that doesn't mean I have to be stuck grouping with people from that world.

    Hence why I'm here!

Recently took up GW2 and Overwatch, and am looking for some like-minded, more mature, laid-back gamers that understand family life and the responsibilities that go with that.

Looking to join the TOG guild in GW2 (Searching on the GWRecruitment subreddit is actually how I found you) and would also be open to queuing as a group in Overwatch as well if anyone is interested.

I play quite a bit on weekends, and, weekdays (Eastern timezone) some lunches and most evenings from 10:00PM-ish to 12:30am.

Looking forward to getting to know everyone!

Frat bro culture? Dude I had to google that. Rule 60 I probably totally agree with however. That is a good rule.

Anyway I hope your teeth are better and welcome to TOG :D

Yeah maybe dude bro is the correct term, not sure. I'm not up on all the hip lingo the kids are using these days LOL :). Basically the connotation is all the worst qualities of fraternity life in gamer form with none of the good ones lol.

Thanks for the welcome! Looking forward to getting to know this community!

Hehe the "dude" was just me mate. Middle aged, immature, card carrying idiot!

What I meant was I had to google "frat bro" culture though I sort of had an idea of what I would find. In that search I found their 128 rules of douchbaggery but I must say I absolutely agree with rule 60. You can google that one but personally I thought that would be a given. Just saying ;)

Once again welcome to TOG :)
