I like what I've seen so far on Youtube, but as of a day ago, my Windblows 10 decided it'd had enough, so I've had to reinstall everything.
Haven't managed to play much at all. I've just visited the blacksmith and had a chat so far, but the game does look gorgeous.

OK, played a bit after my windows reinstalled. be advised, this is an alpha tech demo, so there will be issues.

Tech: The world is gorgeous. No two ways about it. You will need a decent rig to run it at max detail, and they provide a built in FPS indicator to tune your game by. At max detail, I was getting between 26 and 42 FPS, and my rig is older (i7 2600@3.2, 16Gb RAM on Win 7 64bit), but with a new GTX970 Strix. The game does stutter when loading world elements, namely NPC's and perhaps particle effects like smoke.

Game elements: there are times when the world interaction seems unnecessary, like when picking herbs. When you find nettle or other flowers and press the interact key to pick them, the devs saw it necessary to have a cut scene of your character pick them. Odd.
Interaction with characters is a typical RPG mechanism of multiple choice of responses, and the voice acting (translated into English from a Czech script, no doubt) seems a tad too American at this stage. Quests seem straight forward enough and finding your way around is made easier with a compass at top of screen, shown quest item markers.
I have not sampled combat at this early stage, though I did get killed once by telling off an armed tavern patron because he was rude to the tavern keeper woman!

This has no multiplayer and is on console. Other than that it looks great.

They say it isn't a port from one platform or another, but developed together for both PC and console concurrently. Having said that, controls will be fully customisable, so I'm keen to try out my new Steam controller.
