I found a different cat perch this time rather then on top of my town hall.. The Townhall builder has been almost consistently refusing to work for the previous 2 days so it has yet to hit 3, but my builder over to the right (obscured by trees but is first red roof) is already Builder 4 with the Barracks @ Level 3. Thinking I could post updates as work progresses and new perches are found
