Yeah, I've been looking forward to this one too. I've never bought a MOH game, but have tried a few different ones at LAN's.

Think this one will be a keeper.

I saw a preview/trailer for the new UT3, and bloody hell, they've done an awesome job! Looks simply amazing. Seeing how Bioshock looks (also on Unreal3) gives me very high hopes for this game.

looks like DMW (Developing Multiplayer Worlds) will be helping out with anti-cheat
DMW World - Industry Leading Anti Cheat Technology

These guys started out with providing the MOHAA community with some sort of playable structure in a game that was filled with hackers. EA released MOHAA with no anti-cheat support. Whilst DMW wasn't user friendly and sometimes painful to utilise it was/is effective. An impressive element to DMW are thier knowledge databases.

I much prefer Punkbuster myself from a server admin AND client perspective. I hope DMW will work with PB meaning PB can be enabled while DMW is working.

This is going to be interesting to see how PB and DMW will work within the one game.

...now bring the demo to me please

    Grabbing it now.

Is there anything DX10 in this?? Running a dual boot, and would normally use XP for it, but will Vista if there's any benefit. Anyone? No details in the Readme.

No DX10 support. Looks pretty bloody good as it is though!!

One thing that pipped me, was that you can't skip the intro cut scene at all. No idea why not.

Also...hehehe Had my joystick plugged in, and my character constantly turned left! :D Had to unplug it and start again... hence, wanting to skip the intro scenes!

Fun game though. Looks and feels like the other MOH games I've tried. Just nicer. Sprint is handy too! :D Nice effects with that!

    any comparisions to CoD?

the mp objective gametype is similar to the Domination gamtype in CoD:UO
...with more gametypes and maps being released in updates/patches
