    Gday all,

Well im interested in joining your fine organisation, I was born in 1977 so I fit the age bill, ive read the AUF and FAQ and agree with everything stated there.

I only play the one game online, Medal of Honour. Im on dailup so just do what I can.

I live in Tasmania[Australia] and apart from gaming I love my fishing, mainly flyfishing. I play online for a few hours pretty much every day, and would be keen to get involved in the TOG community :D

Let me know if ive missed anything 8) .....Hope I cut the mustard :p

    Cheers
    Dan

Thanks very much for the warm welcome.

After re reading my first post I realised I put the wrong game in   Allthough I do like MOH.....the only game I play online is COD.....im blaming the JD and lack of sleep for that one  8)

Ive looked into broadband, not a lot of options down here but it is getting cheaper all the time, one day....

And I would be playing COD2 now if I could, problem is my computer wont even run it. [1gig cpu, 512ram, 64vid] So before broadband I want to upgrade my hardware a bit, a faster cpu would be first I guess.

Ive got some unrelated questions, if this isnt the right place just let me know, but I was wondering what would be the best game to play online with dialup? one where the lack of connection speed has the least effect? I used to play starcraft and D2 and SC was less laggy than D2. And FPS'ers are the worst ovbiously. Ive been thinking about getting NWN and the xpacs for it, is it worth playing on dialup?

    Thanks again fellas :D

    Cheers
    Dan
