**UPDATE** I edited this thread because I found out that both the games "Joust" and "Tapper" are on the website. The movie Ready Player One is doing an ARG (Augmented Reality Game) with various clues and happenings over time. This site is one of them. Now have all the games in there, Joust, Tapper, Sinistar, Robotron and Defender. First to the Key is a retro style game but brand new referencing the events in the movie.
First to the Key will lock up after playing a while. It always locks up when playing the "ground" section where you are running. The "auto" and "dot-collector" sections run forever. Never found a key. TQQdles™
