Thats the truth, and hes stickin to it! Hope to see both you guys when this show starts again.

I didnt realize there were sturmgrenadier people in TOG, thats great! I remember hearing stories about you guys, but I was a little late to the game (I didnt have internet access when PS first came out :( ) so you guys were before my time. I do remember LOTD though, I expect to be sacrificing blood to the blood god on a nightly basis again :D

We still haven't answered the Etch-a-Gecko question though :p

P.S. I loooove that the outfit message still says 'Mandrake licks vannooby boots, I raz him about it everytime we log in :p

This is a question for 303 or Rickety depending on how you categorize the game. Typically we like to spin up a div in an open beta if there are numbers.

All I can officially say is that I won't be in the role.

Was good times tonight....other than not much of a fight for the NC :( Got to squad with a couple of old timers from LOTD, was almost like the old days. Just wish a few more would have helped us to take oshur.

We got interfarmed and had a good time of it. I think we'd have done better if it wasn't oshur and would tank our way to the CY. I bet we'll have a full squad next time everyone's on. :D

Okay, so what is the ticket to get in? I am game... All setup to gearhead away and get more familiar with the actions. I think this would be in everyones interest once PS2 emerges.

Cheers guys, sounds like a great time!

I honestly have to say that the removal of AMS's and having squad spawning concerns me. That removes an entire tactical aspect of the game, being getting an AMS in to move forward, and finding/taking out the enemy AMS to cut the supply line...

Yeah, I'm hoping they don't dumb down the gameplay too much to appeal to the modern FPS console player.

I left ... All installation Gearhead further and become more familiar with the operations. I think it would be in everyone's interest once PS2 occur.

from what i got it'll be a squad leader ability so will probably be a ams for the masses
things i worry about are the resources mechanic and how it'll cater to outfits as in the bigger your outfit the more you can have/control

If they died a terrible and painful death then... yes. If they were killing everyone in sight. Then no.

I too was a proud Gecko! Fond memories of Vanguard columns reeking havok, usually with Bayland running around in stealth stabbing the unfortunate...

PS2 will be a go for me :)
