Hi, After what seemed like an eternity, Sony has granted it's customers 2 free games from a selection of 5. My son downloaded Ratchet & Clank, which seems like an OK game. He went into the Playstation plus(?) which apparently is now free to access & downloaded another free game, which was not one the original 5. It now seems that he cannot get one of the 4 remaining free games, I can only assume because he has downloaded Burnout from the plus section. Does anyone have any information on where/how I can contact Sony to ask if this is correct or put me straight on this?
    Thanks
    Kev:bigstupid:

I guess you could try e-mailing them via their website?

For all the delay they should just give you the five games! :(

Should have been download any game you want not a select few games which are old and over the hill.

They did this deliberately to appease the massed with little to no effect on their hip pocket.

That's pretty much how I felt about it. I downloaded Dead Nation, which I have yet to play, but I already have inFamous and LBP. The other two never looked appealing to me either.

Remember you only have a month to download your freebee so get to it.

Even if I was not sure about a title I would still download it.

When's the deadline? I got mine (LBP and inFamous - loving inFamous) but my brother has been slack and hasn't got them yet.

Actually no. You have to have had an account with Sony during the down time. They gave us stuff to placate those who were upset by the network being down and our data being stolen. Plus access was thrown in for 30 days free then you will have to pay for access.

    Am I missing something here...?

I have been waiting to reset the psn password for my psp but I have at no stage seen it display anything but an under maintenance message.

Im talking about the below page, the one they direct you to for password reset.

My brother sees the same thing. When I updated my password a few weeks back it just worked. I've gone back through my emails and couldn't find any other avenue to follow. I'll let you know here if we figure it out at this end.
