    Hi,

I've been a gamer now for over 21 years. :p I started with the Spectrum 16k which I personal upgraded (by adding chips, like a bios chip) to 48k. Then onto the Amiga (quite a jump) then the first in a long line of PCs.

I've played most of the big name MOORPGs starting with a MUD that was hosted in Canada back in 1995, then Ultima Online but hated the PvP, being ganked by a bunch of 14 year olds not my idea of fun.

Then I found Everquest was the one that really got me addicted (I played for over 2 years, for way to many hours as my wife will attest), the MOORPGs that followed haven't held my attention as long, these include - AO, DAoC, CoH, SWG, EQII which I just recently cancelled my account after 6 months.

This is beginning to sound like Gamers Anonymous, so...cut to the chase.

I liked BF1942, but I LOVED Desert Combat, particularly the tanks and choppers.

I played in a Clan for a bit, but they weren't all that organised and had too few members, and I was starting a Uni degree so I quit.

But now I'm Sans Uni, and raring to "Teach those Yankey dogs a lesson", or conversely, "Kick some butt".

As you may have guessed the previous paragraphs dates me  I'm 35, and work as an IT Manager at a school in Sydney. Hopefully if I get accepted, as I look forward to working together with a team, as apposed to most BF2 (and DC) games I've where its like being surrounded by headless chickens :x .

    Regards

    Flint
Hate seein' a chopper coming, but I love to watch them go...down in flames

    Hey Flint :)

Welcome to the world of TOG, looks like you already are in the know with Ximia 8)

We are still thrashing out the structures for BF2 , which means no teams atm but soon :) . In the meantime you can still sign up for a game or two of DC we are still climbing up the ladder there

Any problems or queries give a little holler

    Cheers
