TRANSFER NODES are great alternative to hoppers and chutes TANKS Open Block Tanks must NOT be used connected together SPACING MACHINES Don't place all your machinery in one chunk (use F9 to view chunk boundaries) PORTALS Portal Gun Portals must be taken down before you leave the server CHUNK LOADERS If you do use more than one chunk loader do not cross the area it is loading (use F9 to view chunk boundaries and ask if your not sure of the space they cover) ***UPDATE LANDMINES please dont use these for now - bugged as far as we know ****LATEST UPDATE ALWAYS take down Thermal Expansion pipes before taking down the machines they are attached to - never the reverse Don't use auto-crafting workbenches Don't use ME interfaces to export to pipes (Applied Energistics: Watch out for AE Interfaces. Don't use them to export items to their own inventory. Use export buses into a chest instead.) Don't put everything in one chunk - Think horizontally not vertically. (if you spread out your machines over several different chunks it will spread the server load, if you place them all in one chunk even on different height levels then you are effectively making a very loaded chunk - use F9 to view chunk borders) MFFS: Do not put Coercion Drivers right next to or on top of the Fortron Capacitor. Leave a 2 block gap between them and the Fortron Capacitor, and at least a 2 block gap between the capacitor and other MFFS machines. ALL MFFS BUILDS MUST BE TESTED IN SINGLE PLAYER SUCCESSFULLY BEFORE DOING THEM ON THE TOG SERVER Tinker's Mechworks: Only construct draw bridges out of regular blocks. Do not put things like doors (tile entities) into their structure. Don't - Dont place a draw bridge inside another draw bridge CONFIRMED : sigils of light are a bad thing ADMINS WILL PULL DOWN ANY BUILDS ADVERSELY AFFECTING SERVER PERFORMANCE - we will en devour to help you to redesign or use alternative options DO's HAVE FUN and as SCATA says 'At the end of the day they are only pixels, lets just all have fun'
