Been happy with my haul, just over $60 so far. I have such a small budget for games now days thanks to my mortgage so this should be enough to last me until Christmas.

Warlock - Master of the Arcane
    Trine 2
Crusader Kings II - Also to play the Game of Thrones mod
Half-Life 2: Episode Two - Needed so I could try Elevator Source
    Frozen Synapse: Red
    Tribes Ascend Starter Pack
    L.A. Noire
    Mount & Blade Napoleonic Wars
    Sword of the Stars II
    Mirror's Edge
    Batman Arkham City
    STALKER Call of Pripyat

So far this sale I've picked up:

Anomaly Warzone Earth - A reverse tower defence game, only played it for an hour or so last night but found it heaps of fun.
The Binding of Isaac - Kind of rogue like game. Have only had a glimpse at it. Definitely a very interesting theme.
    Cave Story +
Crysis (the pack) - Believe it or not I've never actually played it all these years, jumped in the other night for a quick look see. Very reminiscent of Far Cry of course.
    Dead Island
    Dear Esther
From Dust - Again only played 20 mins or so to get a feel, but it's a very pretty game and quite unique. Reminds me both of Populous and Black and White, though not necessarily in game play.
    L.A Noir
    Legend of Grimrock
    Metro 2033
    Mirrors Edge
    NFS: Hot Pursuit
    Renegade Ops
    Saints Row 3
Shoot Many Robots - Only played the first couple of levels, a side scrolling shooter that doesn't take itself very seriously. Upgrades to buy which adds some depth.
    Total War: Shogun 2
    Toy Soldiers
    Vessel

I'm a sucker for a good Steam sale, now if I just had time to play them, and GW2 wasn't on its way... :D

Bit of an oddity today with rage, this was like $89 in AU and discounted the other day to $29.99.

Now the $29.99 price is sticking and the discount is 40% down to $17.99.

Didn't want to spend #30 on it as reviews were a bit mixed on this, not bad I guess for $18, wondering if I should pick it up, anyone played it?

I bought that a while ago, and I've really enjoyed it.

On a different note - the current vote involves The Longest Journey at 75% off, I think everyone should vote on that! Chop chop!

Due to a heap of complaints during the sale, they removed the regional pricing on it earlier today. When it was discounted the other day it was only $10 for the US. So I'd hold off, if it gets another flash sale, community vote or encore deal at the end it will probably be $10 for us then.

As for the game itself, I hear it's gameplay is ok, it just had a terrible buggy launch but it's all fixed up now. So probably a decent buy on sale.

Thx, in that case I will hold off, not like I'm that interested in Rage really, but the price was starting to get attractive now and I was thinking that someone at Steam obviously forgot to pull the "ripoff" switch under the AU Region label and they would figure it out soon enough.

Fallout: New Vegas is a daily deal. Ultimate edition is €9.99, is it worth it?
(For the record, I didn't see what the difference between normal and ultimate was...)

    Ultimate contains all the DLC

Personally I have gone for it at this price - don't have time to play it of course but hey, it's only money......!!!

I hope it's good, bought for the wife who's never really played an adventure game to see if she likes that sort of game. I just picked it on vague memories of it being well regarded.

Enjoyed this sale a lot. Got some nice stuff for myself:

Warlock : Master of the Arcane
    Fortune Summoners
Saints Row 3 (too many recommendations despite how silly it looks).
Super Meatboy, Binding Isaac at least partly for the excellent soundtrack bundle.
The indie pack with Cave story which I wanted but the others games looked interesting.
    Hard Reset
    Legend of Grimrock
    Frozen Synapse
    Space Chem
    Trine 2 (Gifted).
Stalker : Call of Pripyat (might as well have the set).

A lot of games for really not that much cash (since I'm poor atm). Should keep me busy till xmas!

Was hoping for a non AU ripoff price on Skyrim or a discount on Kingdom of Amalur but neither of those are likely to happen.

Super Meatboy and Binding of Isaac have been my most enjoyed games recently - I have bought very little so far this sale - spent less than $30 so far, which is VERY different to my usual sale spend! I think it's partly because I have most of the games I already want!

ARMA II combined operations is one of the daily specials today. $17.99 after 40% off. Not bad. Of you want to play Dayz you will need this.

ARMA II should conclude the sale for me. I am happy after buying:
    - The Walking Dead $15
    - Dead Island $10
    - ARMA II $18
    - DLC pack for L.A Noire $5

I managed to resist buying Batman Arkham City since I never finished the first game.

    Grabbed that one, ;)

I've been very sensible this sale.

    Alan Wake
    Limbo
    Company of Heroes
    Rage

Grimrock looks attractive, I used to love Dungeon Master back on the Amiga and this is clearly a re imagining of that game.
One hour to decide on the current flash sale.

 I didn't realise the sale was on!

Probably for the best, but a few of these ones mentioned I would have picked up cheap...

Very glad I waited on Saints Row 3, just picked up the franchise pack for $9.75 (SR3+ all DLC) which in typical steam fashion is the same price as just the game atm. (At least for the next 4 hours). 91% off is always a nice bargain.
