Proudly Presents To You The Roberts Space Industries CONSTELLATION

When you think handsome bounty hunter making his own way in a galaxy of enemies, you think the Constellation. The Constellation, a multi-person freighter, is the most popular ship in RSI’s current production array. Constellations are beloved by smugglers and merchants alike because they are modular, high powered… and just downright iconic-looking. The Constellation includes a manned turret, a large cargo area and a small flight deck capable of launching a snub fighter in its own defense.

This ship is a beauty. I hug her to sleep every night :D

She will be my main ship at this point.

I very much look forward to taking mine out to the deep black. With the right crew of course.

This will be the backbone of our Commerce Division. 12 is a serious number. As posted before flying in squadron of 4s (to eliminate Connie weaknesses) with Starfarer & 2-3# 300 series should be our regular events requiring 10+ TOGs.

I really like this ship but went for the Freelancer and additional ships. This ship is likely going to be one of the most versatile in game. If I had one I'd like just use it when I could fill a couple of the extra seats. This ship solo might have some problems, but then again so will just about every ship in the game except a well piloted fighter.

This ship for me is the equivalent to the YT-1300 in SWG back in the day. The number of hours sunk into that ship with friends as we tooled about the place was just ridiculous. Half the time we weren't actually *doing* anything, just chilling in space aboard a ship for the hell of it.

I can absolutely see us doing it all over again with the Connie. Simply cannot wait :D

My Rear Admiral pack doesnt state it includes Star Citizen or Squadron 42, surely this is a mistake?

The Rear Admiral package includes both Squadron 42 and Star Citizen. I think there's a display bug with the package at the moment. Someone on the RSI forums mentioned it. Mine doesn't seem to be affected by the bug though. Here's what mine contains (but there might be slight differences from yours because I'm an original backer):

    RSI Constellation
    SHIP

    ALSO CONTAINS
    Lifetime Insurance
    Signed Deluxe Silver Collector's Box
    Spaceship-shaped USB Drive
    CD of Game Soundtrack
    Glossy Fold-up Star Map
    5 Spaceship Blueprints
    3 Inch Model of Spaceship
    Hardback Making-of Star Citizen
    Beta Access
    Alpha Access
    Squadron 42 Digital Download

The last few days I have really found myself thinking about how the smuggling will work. From what I have read so far, the Stella should hopefully make for a good smuggler's ship.
