I posted this over on unreal3.com.au, but thought i'd share it here too :)

I'm going through the video tutorials that came with the bonus DVD in the collectors edition (I can burn these if anyone wants them ;)), i'll post my progress here and then when it's done we can use it... unless it sucks!

Oh here goes my "noobness" again:rolleyes:.

When you finalize a created map and make it one of the online maps, does it come straight to my PC or do I have to download it from you before I login?

Looking forward to seeing the final result.

If we set it up in a redirect and have it on the server it will download onto your computer fairly quickly. If there is no redirect set up it may download very slowly from the server. But you can also install that map in the right folder of the game by downloading from another game site and install manually onto your PC :)

I can just see it now....pics of us slow pokes with TOG Targets on the backs of our heads along the walls. Plus Banners of the Headshot Kings fluttering from the rafters in the great hall... hmmm

Probably a few action shots of some poor sucker getting a Rocket Enema or a Classic Amputation in full view of everyone that plays the map. :D

Nice work JJ. I wouldn't mind a larger primeval styled map. Its not a bad map without the mines, although the tank is a bit much.

Oh RnR, a man after my own heart... I loved Primeval... but aye the Tank was over kill and the mines just plain crazy. (No skill in dropping mines in the opposition base.)

JJ If you could remake Primeval I will sing your praises from here to eternity... just make sure that new Sniper Rifle is in there. (What a sweet killing weapon it is....)

Hey Whack I have nee had a chance to check out all the maps in this thing yet.. But I did have a real good go at Warfare...woohoo Snipers Heaven with some of the bigger outdoors maps. Like the new Torlon.

I am still trying getting used to the speed of this game let alone actually killing things (except for myself) and finding my way around.

Oh I did find the screenie folder thx.... now to work out where and how everything else works like putting favorites and alike.

I am simply blown away with this game (ok wheres my morphine drip) it is so huge and fantastic... now I sorted out the graphics.

Still it was great having a go with you guys tonight.
