It looks pretty good. If any toggers are getting it I'll be getting it right away, special might be months away.
As usual I can't see my own posts, so I can't edit it, sorry for posting twice in a row. I was in the mood, so I bought it. It's excellent and there are enough Oceanic players that matchmaking has insofar never taken more than a minute or two. Add me on steam as ThE_JacO if you want to group (Oceanic region, Aus)
If there is more interest over the next week for members who have the game or wish to try it I will ask Admin to start a steam group for the game so our player base can find and join sessions more easily. Tz
Picked it up tonight, had a bash of a few levels and I realy enjoyed it. It realy is LFD2 but Warhammer... and thats a good thing imo Cand3Payn3 is my steam name
When I first posted the game a month ago it was on special for 25% I think it was. There are still a few game breaking bugs they need to sort out (My personal fav is the Failed to create Loot item, bug. It only occurs when you win the map then kicks you in the nuts, you miss out on the loot and are forced to quit the game) Bugs/errors can happen a few times a day or once a week. The dev's are supposed to be working it now as well as some balancing issues. Overall, I am loving the game, even if the RNG Gods do seem to hate me. edit: I have just found that the Failed to create itemloot error also occurs in the forge and on failing a mission.
I got another 8 matches in tonight, with Black Powder causing our group much headache until after the 4th when we did it nice and smooth. Have not had any bugs yet x fingers but it looks like they are doing patches pretty quickly so that's a good sign. RNG loot is a bit odd but it still works okay and at least gives an extra reason to play a realy good LFD horde style game. 2 Sigmars Hammers up!!!
So far one of the best maps to get loot from is The Horn Of Magnus as most people know where all the tomes and grim's are located and have tactics in place for the final onslaught. This is best done in Hard mode for a chance at OJ's (exotic / legendary, not sure what it's classified as). The worst maps for loot are those without tomes and grim's. Primarily the fetching / defending maps, like Black Powder, Wheat And Chaff and Well Watch.
You know it's time to throw in the towel when: You get a Rat Ogre + Horde + Gas Rat + Assassin, all at the same time. The only thing that could have topped it off was a Stormtrooper patrol and maybe throw in a Packrat or 2. I do believe there has been much complaint in the community about these sort of situations and are pleading the dev's to ease up on the special encounters.
With the first free DLC having just come out for it, I thought I would see if anyone is still playing. Baelrock and I are still having fun I usually play Brightwizard, Zeigfried on steam and he the Dwarf, Baelrock on steam
