phew...finally finished. Seems i got the 'bad' ending though.
Your First run?
Paused my 3rd run to play wasteland 2...
I loved killing those soldiers in HoS explansion, giving out the cry's of 'what a lovely day'
*mad max reference*
Well i generally shack up with Triss, Ciri emperess, Stopped the white frost, killed off King Radovid + Dijkstra, Temeria restored.
What ending did you do?
bad ending - Ciri never returns, you fight the last crone in crookback swamp and Geralts (presumed) death.
Time to move onto finishing Dragon Age and Pillars of Eternity and Wasteland 2 and Divinity.
Well finally finished the main story at level 33 after 180 hours (had a break in the middle). This has been the best RPG I have ever played. It is amazing how well tied together the various quest lines are with very few continuity issues at all. Also equally awesome is how you stumble on to a quest that at first glance seems like a filler, only to have it turn into a great adventure on its own.
I had the Yen, Ciri witcher, stopped the white frost, Radovid dead, Temeria restored as a vassal state of Nilfgard endings.
Started the HOS expansion.....
I already signed up for the Gwent beta.
Same. Looking forward to it.
Did anyone else get into the Gwent beta?
It is looking good
been in for a while
Agreed. My first RPG game and unfortunately I have not found an equal but Skyrim and Dragon Age come close. And my goodness, the music. Amazing soundtrack and so appropriate for the setting: the swamp/marsh area where you eventually meet the crones comes to mind or Temaria. Depressing but I loved it.
Bought 3 + expansion pack on Steam. Loved 2, so it was a no brainer to get three.
Based off the books, not the games, but still relevant:
